2.0ถ้าหากเทียบกับราคาแล้ว ถือว่าไม่คุ้มค่า ทั้งในด้านความสะอาด ขนาดพื้นที่ ไม่ว่าห้องพักหรือโซนส่วนกลางหรือห้องน้ำ หมอน ผ้าห่ม ผ้าเช็ดตัว ไม่สะอาด มีกลิ่นอับ หยากไย่ขึ้น ฝักบัวขึ้นสนิม อ่างอาบน้ำ มีแมลงตัวเล็ก ตัวน้อย โซนส่วนกลาง ก็ไม่สะอาด ไม่มีการทำความสะอาดที่ดี หากเทียบกับราคาแล้ว ไม่คุ้มค่า และคงไม่ตัดสินใจกลับไปพักอีกครั้ง
