Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel in a nice part of Sunrise Beach. Breakfast, staff, rooms everything was 10/10. I couldn't fault a thing about the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights as part of our Thailand tour - could have stayed their for 2 weeks. Hotel is clean , staff are great, breach front , breakfast is awesome. We had a pool view room without a pool view but when we asked they did move us. Rooms are a good size . Would definitely go back.

Beachfront Room

Our beachfront room was lovely with views out to the grass area and the beach and sea. Nice big bed and bathroom with a walk in rain shower. Perfect for Breakfast as it was opposite the room and near the bar and pool too. As opposed to most of the rooms that were set further back and up the stairs towards reception. It was at the end of Sunrise Beach but we enjoyed walking along trying the different places for lunch. In the evening we walked towards Walking Street which was only a 10min walk or you could get a Tuk Tuk. We would definitely come back, we had a great time.

Fabulous modern resort

We loved our 4 nights here. Everywhere is spotless and modern and the staff cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is plentiful and interesting, happy hour drinks are great value (finally ticked off the swim up bar off the bucket list) and the order to lounger drink & lunch service is great! We stayed in a garden cabana which was spacious and beautiful. Sun hats, beach bag and towels are provided … nice touch. We took advantage of the shuttle to walking street each night and loved the madness and vibrancy of the place. We did the inner island snorkel tour organised by the activities desk. Great day with unbelievable snorkelling with colourful fish. Huge Bento lunch and lots of water provided. Very good value. Would definitely recommend staying here, close enough to the fun of the centre but far enough for peace. Be aware that there are a lot of steps between reception and the beach so may not suit those less able.

Fantastic return visit to the Idyllic! All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location. Rooms are well designed. We booked a 'pool view room with bath tub'. Unfortunately we did have to move rooms to noisy air conditional units next to our room had a oud continuous buzzing which affected our sleep (avoid room 510 because they couldn't resolve the issue), but the hotel was very helpful and we move to room 506 soon after we highlighted the issue. I would recommend the hotel reviews their sun loungers and replaces the broken ones (only a small number). I think we were there when the hotel was at full capacity. The workers did their best to accommodate and even try to fix some broken loungers, but it would be a far better experience if the broken loungers were replaced as well as some of the parasols that have seen better days! Even so, they were very comfy! The resort is generally well maintained and the above did not take away from a fabulous experience. I would like so mention four individuals that made our stay that extra bit special; On, Reena, Mia and Nan. All four of these individuals had a positive impact on our stay, their warmness and genuine desire to do a good job and look after their guests was so very obvious, so thank you to them all :-)
