Trip protection I didn’t ask for and robot who insists they are human
2.0Place was clean and spacious. The reason why a bad review is because when I made a reservation I asked to talk to a human and the robot tried to convince me she was a human. She insisted twice she was a human, very irritating. Then she messed up on my name and even the front desk clerk didn’t correct it. The worst was charging me for trip protection I didn’t ask for. Good thing I caught it and had it removed.
