8.0The staff very nice and friendly the place and location very good. The only thing was carry my own luggage up 3 flight of stairs very inconvenient. They need an elevator or someone who can help you with your luggage. Also don't answering messages. They need to respond.

8.0Good hotel for a few days in clean and safe location of Guayaquil, opposite the malecon- excellent staff and service. However the rooms do not look like the pictures, and are much older condition. Also the hotel is located 3 floors high and lots of steps to climb. If you are okay climbing stairs for a few days, hotel may work well for you.
