Welcoming Experience with Outstanding Service
10.0We had a wonderful stay! Dino at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating—he made our check-in smooth and welcoming. Our studio room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool and health club staff were fantastic, providing towels, setting up the steam room, and always ensuring we felt safe and well taken care of. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very kind and welcoming chef and staff. Truly great service all around!

10.0I stayed at Hala Arjaan by Rotana from 18th January to 14th March 2026, and I had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. I would especially like to commend Dino at the reception. The check-in process was handled smoothly and efficiently, and he provided truly exceptional service from the very beginning. His professionalism, attentiveness, and welcoming attitude made a great first impression and set the tone for a comfortable stay. Overall, I appreciate the excellent hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
