10.0Close to both train & tram options. Across road from Prahan market. Lots of cafe's in area, next to grassed area and playground. Would absolutely stay again.

4.0The lights were falling out of their fittings, and the unit was not clean. The balcony was filthy and littered with cigarette butts. The doona insert was placed between two sheets instead of in a cover, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I struggled to sleep and honestly the worst night’s rest I’ve ever had in a hotel. I regretted every minute of my stay.
