8.0The customer handling was great.
− Premises were not being maintained in good order. Fallen dry leaves were everywhere. Could find one or two worms in the bucket that came through the tap water mostly.
A homestay not to miss when in Kochi!!!
10.0This property was beautiful and in an excellent location near most spots in kochi. Staff was amazing, attentive and very friendly. As two girls travelling we felt very safe here. Food was also excellent with a South Indian breakfast which changes every day (would highly recommend the idly and tomato chutney which was a 10/10!!!). Room was very spacious with excellent AC facilities. Airport shuttle that was organised had great drivers who would explain about Kerala's history on the way (especially Shyam). They will also organise cultural experiences if you ask at reception for a great price (boat tours of the backwaters, kathakali etc.)
