7.0La situació i l'atenció del personal (molt amable).
− Cal fer reparacions. A la nostra habitació hi havien interruptors de la llum i el monocomandament de la dutxa trencats. També hi havien taques d'humitat al sostre. Els elements de disseny son poc pràctics, en general. Hi ha alguns textos en castellà i anglès, però no en català (la llista de preus del minibar, per exemple).
