− The king size bed had two beds instead of one bed joined.

− Due to a scheduled midnight flight, I requested to swap my complimentary breakfast for the dinner buffet instead. I explicitly stated that I was completely willing to pay any necessary price difference to accommodate this change.Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk rejected my request immediately. They showed zero flexibility and made no effort to check with management or offer any alternative solutions. As a hospitality provider, I expected your team to at least consider a reasonable guest request or help find a middle ground, rather than issuing a flat refusal.This rigid approach negatively impacted my final day at your property. I hope you will review this incident with your front desk team to ensure future guests receive more accommodating service.
