2.0Juste les personnelles sont gentilles
− Avis : Très déçu (1/5 ou 2/5) Un séjour très décevant malgré un personnel très sympathique. Les points noirs : Lit bébé oublié le premier soir (bébé de 8 mois contraint de dormir avec nous, nuit catastrophique). Bruit permanent et aucun respect du calme. Petit-déjeuner identique et sans variation pendant une semaine. Frais cachés au spa : hammam mixte avec un coût additionnel de 40 € minimum, non précisé à la réservation. En résumé : le confort n'est pas au rendez-vous. Seul l'accueil du personnel sauve un peu l'expérience, mais nous ne reviendrons pas.
