1.0Nothing, though my booking was confirmed through booking.com, the property themselves rejected my stay stating rooms are full. After travelling that long to reach the hotel destination, the il treatment was shocking leaving me with no options neither any assistance from the hotel or even booking.com
− The property though ambient it has very poor management . Very bad customer service

8.0Very good resort near Ashtamudi.well maintained.clean surroundings.Boat trip and mangrove rides were good and good value for money(Rs1250)Very happy to notice that Ashtamudi lake was free of rubbish and plastic waste..
− Only thing I noticed was there is lot of condensation on the floor if ac is put on 22 or below.I think its to do with high humidity?I raised temp to25 and then it was ok.
