We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again when in Phuket Town.
8.0The staff was very accommodating and friendly; the room was comfortable and clean. Even though we came a bit earlier than the required check-in time, our room was ready for us to move into, which was great.
− I was a bit disappointed that the standard breakfast buffet was not available due to the off-season, and I was only notified upon check-in, but the à la carte menu was delicious as well.

Very nice room stay. Definitely will stay at tis hotel even if it is the rainy season.
9.0Location is good. Last day to airport, area was was raining heavily & roads were flooded with roads blocked off with no entry to cars. With heavy rain & knee high dirty rainwater flooded roads, Ms Sirivarin Bumrunthin (front desk manager) & 3 male staff carried our 3 luggages & we waded 15 minutes to the waiting luxury 10 seater vehicle. Was an experience for 3 of us. Appreciated greatly the hotel staff & the driver delivering us to airport 10 minutes before check-in gate closed.
