Clean, nice, close to venue/restaurants, get rid of the keycard for lights and put in ice machines.
8.0It was very clean, staff is friendly, rooms were large. I liked the location. It was near the music venue and there were many interesting restaurants in the area all within walking distance.
− I did not like the key card turning on and off the lights. “I need to use the restroom. Better not forget my keycard.” It was strange to me. In addition, I don’t like that you have to go downstairs in the common area to get a bag of ice. Put an ice machine at least on every other floor. Every hotel I’ve ever been to has an ice machine. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for it. Everything else except coffee cost money. As much as the room costed, they could at least offer free breakfast.
