Although the location was perfect and the front desk staff was amazing, it was nowhere near as clean as it should have b
5.0The location. We were in town to visit family that was staying at the campground behind the hotel.
− The room they initially put us in was absolutely filthy. The sheets were dirty. There was hair and food debris all over the sheet. There was food all over the floor, there was urine all over the toilet seat. There was food all over due counter top and in the sink. The microwave was filthy, the refrigerator was filthy and the ac wasn’t blowing cold. The room they transferred us to was a little cleaner. There were still food droppings in the fridge and freezer. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. We should not have to clean a room before we stay there.
