Quiet and comfortable rooms combined with a very welcoming staff made for a pleasant stay.
10.0The breakfast was great. The staff, particularly the manager and our waiter Julvern were welcoming and let us relax and enjoy even though we were at the end of their shift. The manager also handled a delicate situation with a table next to us where the woman did not announce to the staff that she was gluten free until after her food came! He handled it professionally and efficiently making sure that she was safe and confirmed that her food was indeed, gluten free.

A beautiful location for a nice, restful vacation. With Mt. Washington as a backdrop the property is stunning.

The main hotel was exquisite and the food was delicious.
9.0We actually moved from the Omni arms to the main hotel and we are so glad we did. It’s a beautiful property. The Omni arms not so much
