9.0The location was perfect for on and off the freeway. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good with reasonable options.
− I included a pet when the room was booked. I reminded the front desk that I have a pet aka service dog but was still charged the $100 fee. I did not sleep well as the bed was not firm, it was too soft in my opinion due to overuse from previous guest.
Staff with impeccable manners. Short restful down time for personal need suitable to quick downtime.

9.0Everything was great and I like that the pool stayed open late
− The room floor was creeky. There was a few areas in the room that I didn't want to walk on because it made noise. I thought it would be annoying to the room below us. I even woke up my family a couple of times trying to be quit due to the floor.
