− L'homme présent en fin de journée désagréable et incompétent. Le savon de la douche avait une odeur d'oeufs pourris. Nous lui avons fait remarquer, et il a nous la changer au bout de trois jours!!! C'est inadmissible pour un établissement comme celui-là (170euros la nuit)!!!! De plus les serviettes de plages et de douche sont vieillissantes (troué et effiloché) une fois de plus, pas à la hauteur du prix! Aucune fontaine à eau disponible en libre service, certains établissements bien moins chic ont ça! À 9h30 heure, pour le petit-déjeuner le personnel grimace pour refaire du café !! Le taxi qui vous emmènera à l'hôtel n'est pas de 100pesos comme indiqué!
