5.0good location, though dodgy neighbourhood. in the main, staff were friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and serviced every day. we felt the property was value for money
− we were on the 7th floor beside the elevator and its workings and the noise from this was terrible, especially from midnight on when you could hear the walloping and battering of it up and down. beds were clean but uncomfortable and my feet stuck out a foot at the bottom. The pillows were like rocks, very hard and uncomfortable

− La suciedad. Los gatos campando a sus anchas. En el salón y en los pasillos, recipientes para comida y bebida de gatos. En el baño común, recipiente para excrementos de gatos. Las camas estaban sin hacer (tenías que hacértelas tú). Las sábanas tenían pelos. En el baño había cucarachas. En el suelo del baño había un charco, por que el lavabo o la taza del váter perdían agua. El baño era tan pequeño que, para sentarte en la taza del váter, el pie izquierdo tenía que estar dentro de la ducha. La ventana no cerraba. Daba asco quedarse en esa habitación, y acostarse en esa cama. A pesar de que ya estaba pagado, y no teníamos la posibilidad de recuperar el dinero, decidimos buscar otro hotel y no quedarnos allí.
