Guest review
3.0The hotel room and comfort.
− The reservation department promised me that I would be able to change my reservation because I had urgent visa issue and it was a last minutes booking. After 3 times discussions, I had to check out without any response about a refund but they said they will continue the process by email. As soon as I left, they said to me that they finally can’t change anything. I found that very not professional and honest. There are bit construction in front of the hotel. The room curtains are not black our so if you are sensible you might wake up early.
