1.0− Assolutamente da evitare! La struttura si trova in pessime condizioni. A partire dalla reception non curata e sporchissima, al piano superiore c’è un persistente cattivo odore già nei corridoi. Le stanze presentano un arredamento molto datato oltre a non comprendono nemmeno l’essenziale (all’interno dei bagni non vi è nemmeno dove appendere i teli, non ci sono saponette e nemmeno una mensola per poggiare un beauty). Oltre a ciò segnalo una problematica riscontrata durante il soggiorno. Avevo effettuato la prenotazione in considerazione del fatto che su Booking veniva assicurato il servizio di deposito bagagli. Al mio arrivo mi viene invece comunicato che il servizio di deposito era garantito esclusivamente fino alle ore 16. Evidenzio che tale arco temporale non risultava specificato su booking e che la mia richiesta di effettuare il deposito fino alle ore 21 del giorno del check out è stata rigettata con la scusa di non potere garantire oltre le ore 16 la sicurezza del deposito. Per tale ragione sono stata costretta a trovare un deposito bagagli a pagamento all’esterno della struttura. Evidenzio che su Booking il servizio risultava garantito prima del check-in e dopo il check-out.
