2.0Its a disgrace that hotels.com sells rooms for gthis appalling dump. There is no reception . You get a code for the door and a code for the room. Its essentially a youth hostel. The phone number is not answered My basement room was down two flights of satirs, there is no lift, I had to help an extremely stressed elderly couple I found on the doorstep who couldn't open the front door and could not hope to carry their suitcase down two flights Eventually they gave me a room key which didn't work as apparently the lady who cleans the room had engaged a lock which can only be opened by the code! I spoke to the manager's son and said he had a very stressed couple in their late 80's and he was to come stright away ...his repsonse was "don't tell me what to do !"

2.0Dump of a place. Had to move our person out on the first night. Mold on vents, and excessive moisture. bedsheets stained, or not cleaned. Filthy walls. Poor access in terms of the intercom and door codes. Avoid, even if you're desperate.
