− The room we stayed in - 406 - had hair in the bathtub and the carpet wasn’t very clean. The separate building we stayed in didn’t have a castle feel, more of a modern building feel.

− Aucun rangement possible dans la chambre de la tour, par d'armoire ni d'étagère pour le linge. Pas de wifi dans la chambre. Pas de douche et baignoire très glissante . Aucun ménage de la chambre durant notre séjour de 3 jours

3.0− Bad restaurant and lack of WiFi in our room. The hotel is impressive in terms of its location and facilities. However, we had a room in the annexe, but there was no Wi-Fi access! The restaurant was dreadful: the menu was limited and the food was very, very mediocre. You could get food like that in any average bistro. The worst part was having to eat inside the restaurant, even though there were two tables free in the garden. The waitresses explained that they couldn’t clear them away after the previous guests and seat us there because… it’s against the hotel’s rules???!!! Very disappointing.

7.0Ligger fint for udflugter både til Dijon og Grand Cru-landsbyerne. Hyggelige landomgivelser. Personalet handlede hurtigt, da der var problemer med et utæt toilet, og vi fik et andet værelse.
− Jeg synes, stedet fremstår væsentlig mere nedslidt end på billederne. Det ville virkelig pynte med maling, rengøring og nogle friske blomster. Hvis man bor i ‘pavillonen’, som de kalder deres anneks’, er ind og udgangen lige op og ned af personalets rygeplads, så man misser ærlig talt den ‘slots-stemning’, man tror, man får. Jeg synes, det burde fremgå under bestillingen, hvis værelset ikke ligger i hovedbygningen.

− Door technische mankementen aan de kamer heeft het hotel de boeking geannuleerd. Heel netjes heeft men een alternatief aangeboden. We hebben dat afgeslagen omdat wij niet in de stad wilden mijn beslist een zwembad wilde hebben. Alles werd netjes opgelost geld wat betaald was is inmiddels weer correct teruggestort op onze rekening.
