The location is excellent—close to everything, yet peaceful enough to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. The service was exceptional, with staff who were not only professional but also genuinely warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and fresh options to start the day. This hotel combines charm, comfort, and hospitality in the best way possible. I will definitely return on my next visit to Interlaken and highly recommend it to anyone look was truly unforgettable. 8.0This place was an 8 minute walk from Interlaken West train station, and there is a grocery store nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel does provide limited free access to the bus to get around the area. I also liked there was access to a washer and dryer which you only had to get 12 CHF in coins to do a load. The only thing I didn’t care for was no elevator and no AC. They provide a small fan in the room but it wasn’t the strongest. I also happened to be there when it got hot and staying in the room was barely tolerable even with the fan on and the balcony door open. The balcony did provide a great view of the mountains. If you’re looking for something affordable and within walking distance of the train station, and you can tolerate the no elevator/no AC, then yes, consider this place. Otherwise, you may need to pay a little more for such comforts.
