8.0Room was clean, bed was very hard. The room we stayed in was near the elevator (407) and you could hear it all night pinging when arriving on the floor. The corridor had a lot of echo which transferred into the room. Luckily these noises subsided later in the evening. Towels had stains, which made them off colour. The views from the balcony were stunning!

A poor experience
6.0A poor experience. The hotel had a wedding on a Saturday and closed the bar and restaurant to other guests. No prior warning, no refund, or even a bottle of wine. Had to eat in Vevey. The restaurant is only open 3 days a week, no lunch service and no proper bar. The rooms are small, basic, but comfortable. The highlight of the hotel are the views but if you want food and drink avoid this one
