Worst ever
2.0This stay was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel of this level. At the reception, I was greeted by a very rude young woman. She provided no necessary information, couldn’t even find my reservation, and just kept repeating “I don’t know.” In the end, she told me to call Hotels.com myself. Next, as shown in the photo, the shower was terrible. The drain had clearly never been cleaned and was covered in mold, smelling like a sewer. It was clogged with someone else’s hair, so the water wouldn’t drain, leaving you standing in a disgusting pool of dirty water.
