− The room I was in was a box room, very basic no facilities such as kettle, fridge etc. the walls were so thin I could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. The window was all bored up in the bed room. The breakfast didn’t really have much variety.

3.0Grande decepção....depois do check-in fomos para o elevador para subir só quarto no segundo andar...carregamos várias vezes no botão do segundo andar e o elevador não subiu. Após algum tempo aparece o funcionário e disse que tinhamos de subir as escadas com as respectivas malas!!!! Disse que o elevador se destinava aos empregados, por razões de falta de segurança para os hóspedes!!!! No pequeno almoço chamei a atenção para a falta de ovos, dizendo que tinham acabado!!! Não aconselho de todo. Valha-me Sant'Andrea!!!

− Beds were quite hard. The courtyard was closed for the colder season so there was nowhere to sit and relax outside of our room.
