10.0The hotel staff were in credibly friendly and helpful. I have never stayed at a hotel with such an amazing service - the reception staff, the transport people, the spa receptionist and the ski hire shop. I also broke my ankle and they let me have the room until 2pm with no extra charge (& it was a Saturday)
− There was one lady on breakfast duty who was helpful but didn't ever smile and seemed miserable. I only mention it because everyone else was so friendly and smiley!
