Exceptional service, perfect location, and an amazing breakfast
10.0We had a wonderful stay and were especially impressed by the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely perfect and made it very easy to explore the surrounding area. We only had breakfast included, but wow - it was so generous and filling that it kept us going until late in the evening! There was an excellent choice of food, with plenty of options from both the à la carte menu and the regular breakfast selection. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. A fantastic hotel with lovely staff, a brilliant location, and an outstanding breakfast. We would happily stay again

10.0We had an amazing stay at Cloud 9 and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our South Africa trip. The location is perfect, and our room with its incredible view of Table Mountain was truly unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also really enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool after long days of exploring. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Cloud 9 to anyone visiting Cape Town!
