8.0The apartment was really spacious and close to the parc Guell. The parking is convenient and informations provided when coming where really good. We had a nice stay.

7.0Sehr bequemes Bett. Wohnung war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Grosse Schlafzimmer. Aussicht zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Balkon.
− Das Quartier war etwas unheimlich (Obdachlose und Randständige in unmittelbarer Nähe (bei Garagenplatz und vis à vis im Park). Es fehlte ein Lift (für unseren betagten Vater). Die Küche war sehr rudimentär ausgestattet (z.T. beschädigte Möbel, Schränke). Die Wände waren allesamt kahl. Auch sonst stand nichts für eine persönliche Note da. Die Bettleuchten waren defekt bzw. nicht richtig montiert. Der Defekt an der WC-Spülung wurde umgehend behoben. Bei 4 Personen rechnete ich schon mit 4 Badetücher und auch 4 Handtücher (wurden nachträglich gebracht).
