− Accueil très négatif, nous avons été très mal accueilli. La tête de lit était déchirée. Il y avait des fourmis dans la chambre. Niveau de propreté déplorable. Petit déjeuner nul. Odeur de moisi dans la chambre. Je ne sais pas comment vous avez pu attribuer une telle note, pour moi c’est zéro pointer Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour.
