− Odada yatak başı priz yoktu. Banyoda şampuan ve duş jeli ayrı ayrı yoktu. Tek bir hazneden kullanılan bir şey vardı. Resepsiyonistin karşısındaki şemsiye koyma yerinden şemsiyemiz çalındı.

− Ce ne sont pas des lits 2 personnes, plutôt 1 personne 1/2. Nous avons par conséquent très mal dormi et les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, les clients de la chambre à côté de la nôtre ont fait beaucoup de bruit durant toute la nuit et nous avions l'impression d'être dans la même pièce. Le déjeuner quant à lui n'est pas mauvais, mais basique.

10.0Comfortable room and bedding in a lovely room that had the old Dutch windows. The classroom was very generous and clean. Hotel lobby and breakfast area train decor, photographs, memorabilia. Loved the seating that replicates seating on a train. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Really enjoyed the free tea, coffees, and hot chocolate all day. Plus the breakfast area is a great sitting area during the day to eat a takeout food, converse, play a game or read. The location was really good close to Centraale train station, but yet quiet within the common area and chamber. Easy access to a lot of sites within walking distance as well as restaurants. Easy to come and go for sightseeing and rest periods or to change clothes. The neighborhood cat was an adorable addition.

9.0The fact that is is super centrally located makes it so convenient to explore the city by foot or via other transport mode(tram,train,bus etc)
− Rooms were small.warm at time and didn’t have hot water (like flask) to boil coffee.it was downstairs,so had to come and get it.Not an issue but nice to have
