10.0L'empatia dello staff nei riguardi della mia famiglia è stata un valore aggiunto all'esperienza. Sono arrivata in hotel con un ragazzo autistico e con una bambina di 4 anni, mi sono sentita capita, aiutata e coccolata. Non hanno fatto mancare nulla ai ragazzini anzi senza dover chiedere nulla ci sono state delle accortezze che non dimenticherò.
− Noi abbiamo preso la quadrupla e in effetti 20 metri quadri per quattro persone è una stanza troppo piccola... Ma NON direi che non mi è piaciuto ci siamo adattati
