2.0Die Angestellten sind freundlich.
− Das Hotel ist veraltet, nicht sauber und hat ziemlich sicher ein Bettwanzen Problem. Außerdem ist das Frühstück sehr schlecht.

10.0The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent hospitality. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from Roma Termini Station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

− I don’t like giving a bad review but people must be warned about their bed bug problem. We stayed in room 11. I saw a bug and took a picture with my Google AI to see what it was. It came back as a bed bug. I told front desk and right away he said it was a bug from outside that got inside. He even pulled up a picture of some type of bug that resembled it. I now know my intuition was correct. I’m covered with itchy bites on my body. I still have a week more to go in Italy and this experience has ruined my trip. I’m afraid to bring my belongings home because I’ve read it is extremely hard to get rid of this type of problem. I have brand new furniture at home and want to keep it safe from this horrible problem. I plan to bring my belongings to a laundromat so I can run them through a very hot dryer to kill any hitchhiking pests. Please be careful and always read reviews. Us AI if possible because it will help.

8.0Отель был очень уютный и приятный. Главное — очень чисто, каждый день убирали номер. В номере всегда приятно пахло цветами. 🌸 Единственный минус — в номере не было холодильника.
