7.0− Nossa noite foi péssima, sem ar condicionado, um calor insuportável…não entendo como um hotel 5 estrelas não tem um sistema de refrigeração adequada para os hóspedes dormirem. Quando eu reclamei nos trouxeram um único ventilador que nem ventilava adequadamente para refrigeração 3 pessoas, onde 1 estavam em ambiente separado. Não gostei de ter que pagar um valor alto para passar à noite se abanando.
