Delightful and charming house
10.0Large spacious rooms, beautiful house and surroundings, tea/coffee/water supplied every day, delicious breakfast, cosy bar, exceptional staff, welcoming and accommodating owner. Great location 5 minutes walk into the lovely town of Ardara. This was a delightful, charming house. We were very lucky to find it.

We hope that when we return to Ardara we will be able to stay at Woodhill House again.
9.0The location is perfect. It is a little up the road from the town, but it is an easy walk for shopping and dinner. The downstairs has a sitting area with a lounge where drinks can be purchased at night. My husband and I sat with John, the proprietor, and talked while sipping our beverages. John has wealth of knowledge about the area, and is interesting to talk to. Overall, Woodhill House was the perfect starting spot for our daily jaunts around County Donegal, and return to for a good night's rest.

9.0Schitterend gelegen authentiek landhuis. Fenomenaal uitzicht over de heuvels. Goed uitgangspunt voor de kliffen van Slieve Leagues, de hoogste van Ierland.

− Property need a complete refurb its ment to quaint but its past that now . Grounds need a lot of attention its very run down weeds growing everywhere

10.0We absolutely loved this spot! While we did not get a chance to enjoy the bar, we had an amazing stay. The sound of sheep outside our window - the old style decor and music - the delicious breakfast and coffee. It was all fantastic and the staff were fabulous!
