− Staff were not very welcoming in restaurant and at reception actually very unhelpful.asked to use the spa facilities pool ect to be told they are under maintenance for a day but they weren’t working the whole 5 days Trip with no access at all. Then I was told I had to pay to use them , then agreed to be told no because they are under maintenance, very disappointed as I specifically booked this hotel based on having a pool ect , spa facilities.woman in reception was rude and waitress in dining room was rude and not helpful very abrupt to my daughter , breakfast was poor

− Domnul de la restaurant a fost cam deranjat de o întrebare normală. Camera de putea mai curată. În baie era puțină mizerie când ne am cazat.
