9.0Atendimento na recepção do sr. Alex : muito atencioso, solícito e prestativo, igualmente no serviço o sr. Eduardo, jovem com profissionalismo, atento e simpático. Também destaco o estilo rústico do hotel. Gostei também do piso, pois ajuda em manter a aderência do idoso e o mesmo não cair.

10.0Nossa família amou o hotel, o quarto perfeito já que tenho duas crianças. O café da manhã com várias opções. E não deixando de agradecer ao Felipe pela recepção maravilhosa que ele nos fez, o seu acolhimento, preocupação e carisma que teve com a nossa família foi inesquecível fazendo nos sentirmos em casa.
