Toller Einstieg einer Schottland-Reise mit Beginn in Glasgow.
9.0Sensationelle alte „Burg“, man fühlt sich wie „Königs“. Sehr stilvoller Frühstücks- / Dining-Room, natürlich auch für Tea-Time. Gekonnt dezente Modernisierung, z.B. Bäder, ansonsten alles im Charme einer alten Burg.
− Einziger „Abstrich“: Die relativ nah am Hotel verlaufende Autobahn ist deutlich laut zu hören und gibt leider die ganze Nach keine Ruhe. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern erträglich.

− The room selection was very misleading. The Executive room did not specifically tell us the it was NOT in the castle! We had a view of THE PARKING LOT😠 There were no amenities other than a hot water pitcher. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

10.0Everything. It was a lovely location and housekeeping standards were high.
− The breakfast service was a little chaotic as there was a full house. Our room was above a door that seemed to be the service entry point and it banged a lot.
