10.0Comfy beds, spotlessly clean, easy for us to access with good communication from owners. Fluffiest bathroom towels ever! Bottled water and milk in fridge for us. Lots of space for us to spread out and relax. Enjoyed a delicious takeaway from the Indian restaurant next door. Fans provided in the bedrooms. So nice to watch the rabbits in the fields next door too.
− Blinds on the two bathroom windows would be super for privacy when showering.

10.0Very clean, good facilities and value for money considering how close it was to Paultons. Check in was done over text with codes sent over. Great nights sleep and was delighted when the room was serviced as we were staying 2 nights and I assumed it would be.
− There was literally nothing to dislike about the property. I hadn’t check the location before I booked and it’s on a main road which has good links anywhere, I would have like somewhere to go for a walk with the children in the evening, that’s down to me and we just jumped in the car and found a walk. Would highly recommended
An overall in all a good stay with easy access to new forest sites and with in a short walk of a good pub/resturant
7.0The room was to a good standard however the heat wave meant it was extremely hot in the evening even although an air cooler was supplied
