8.0Glasson lakehouse hotel is a lovely place to stay. The decor is beautiful, the staff are excellent, particularly Patrick. He went above and beyond to welcome us. The food lets it down a little, not a lot of choice.
Dog friendly holiday
8.0Great location, fantastic challenging golf course, nice food. Dog friendly which was so nice to see so many dogs welcomed. 2 per room is a plus. The let down for us was the service as it was like the staff were fed up with people. Clodagh was fantastic is looking after our order with Bonnies restaurant as we sat in Toms bar with our 2 small dogs. The first night we got no sleep due to a day 2 wedding party. Room 1 is close to reception and is very noisey. The manager did manager did help in funding a quieter room so we could get a good rest. The hotel could do with a makeover as furniture is tired looking. We would like to return when it is newly furnished as it is a great spot for rest, golf and lovely walks.
Gorgeous place for a birthday celebration
10.0Wonderful overnight stay for a birthday celebration. The staff went out of their to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The setting was amazing, especially the views of the lake from the lovely warm outdoor pool. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so memorable
