− The fact that we were up two flights of stairs with no lift and as elderly ladies we found it hard

8.0The staff at the restaurant are very helpful, both at lunch and breakfast.
− In the future, attention should be paid to climate change, and a cooling system should be installed in the rooms, since sleeping at 28 degrees Celsius at night is not very comfortable.
