9.0Location - right in the heart of the old city. Staff - friendly and very helpful Rooms - very large and comfortable
− Parking is a bit tricky - warning the entrance is very small my X3 just made it in. We had a room overlooking the street - which was quite noisy with passing people until early hours

− Cleaners let it down. Room not cleaned properly and every day having to ask for creamer or coffee for room. Bins not emptied and rubbish left on floor.
