8.0Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen och frukost.
− Det var mycket lyhört mellan rummen och ut mot korridoren. Vi hade fönster ut mot gatan/parkeringen. Blev störda långt in på natten av folk som höll till ute på parkeringen.

A comfortable stay in an excellent central location, with exceptionally helpful staff.
10.0Excellent location in the center of a very pleasant small town, with attractive public spaces and plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and provided a very high level of service. Be sure to visit the nearby tourist office for ideas about things to see and do. Norrtälje has a great deal to offer, and we especially enjoyed the published walking routes. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had a large, modern TV.
− Our room was quite small, although it had a large wardrobe and two comfortable chairs. There was no air conditioning, and even on a cool summer day the room became a little warm. However, the provided fan worked well, and opening the window during the day helped. Overall, the room was comfortable enough.
