4.0I liked the location.
− We weren't welcomed as warmly as expected. The room was disappointing as there was no bathroom door which was not nice as it didn't offer privacy. We also did request to have breakfast, but when we went downstairs the next morning we were told we had to organise it before the time. I did email the property at the time of booking in January and did state that my daughter and I would be having breakfast. There are other rules that are listed and also the fact that breakfast costs R160 but with that it did not mention that you had to request breakfast the day before. My daughter and I were looking forward to breakfast but that didn't happened so we quickly packed up and left unsatisfied. They should have a proper host on site to see to guests. I had high expectations for the property but was left disappointed.
