10.0Sinceramente non capisco alcune delle recensioni negative,noi ci siamo trovati benissimo,il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile e gentile,camere minimal ma hanno tutto ciò che serve,molto bella la vista mare,la posizione è ottima,a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiathos e a 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia,ampia disponibilità di parcheggio,cè anche un piccolo parco giochi pubblico per i bambini,cambio biancheria e asciugamani ogni 3 giorni,cè il piano cottura con tutto il necessario per cucinare,avrete a disposizione gratuitamente anche ombrelloni,materassini e sedioline per la spiaggia,nelle vicinanze cè un piccolo market(molto caro).

Ottima soluzione nei pressi di Skiathos town
9.0La struttura si trova in una posizione ottimale, comoda sia per il centro (passeggiata di 10 minuti con salite e discese) che per la spiaggia di Megali Ammos (sicuramente non la più bella di Skiathos ma comoda per chi ha bimbi piccoli) che è proprio a 50m. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa
− Se cercate lusso, arredi moderni e tutte le comodità allora cercate altro. Se avete un po di spirito di adattamento allora non avrete particolari problemi
