− Que reserve un tipo de habitación y me dieron otra categoría. Pero después ofrecieron el cambio pero ya estábamos instalados.

− Postel odjížděla od zdi, matrace byla příliš měkká. Přestože bylo ubytování popsáno jako klidné místo s odhlučněnými pokoji, byl v pokoji hluk z ulice, chodby, vedlejších pokojů, pokojů nad námi. Přes den hluční zaměstnanci z chodby, přes noc hluční hosté z chodby, vedlejších pokojů. Zápach z ulice. Špatné osvětlení v pokoji. Přestože byla v popisu pokoje chytrá televize, v pokoji taková televize nebyla. Lednička v pokoji byla plná, nešlo si do ní nic dát.
