6.0Hotel prestigioso, esteticamente l'emblema dell'art decò, situato in perfetta posizione centrale a due passi dalle terme storiche e dalla movida! Le scale interne, i salotti, la stanza per la colazione sono pura arte... Ogni ambiente ricorda gli elementi che hanno reso famoso questo hotel.
− Purtroppo presenta pecche che con 4 stelle non dovrebbero esistere: pulizia scadente, colazione limitata, ascensore non antico.... Vecchio!!! Preferivamo le scale! Pochissima illuminazione esterna (nonostante le importanti dimensioni senza luce cittadina poteva passare inosservato!!!). Ha necessità di chi se ne possa prendere cura.

− la gestione personale incompetente e non cordiale Ho fatto il check-in e pagato la camera. Salita in camera ho accesso il computer per lavorare e non c'era alcun segnale WI-FI. Ho chiamato la reception che mi ha detto che già da qualche giorno il WI-FI non funzionava per un problema tecnico. Mi sono arrabbiata... perchè non ne sono stata informata in fase di check-in? Risposta: usi il suo hotspot o lasci l'hotel. ASSOLUTAMENTE INACCETTABILE! Colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità Non avevo alte aspettative visto il prezzo davvero economico, ma almeno l'educazione e l'attenzione al cliente è dovuta
