3.0− The included breakfast was all vegetarian. I’ve never seen this in any other hotel and this was not told to us. Also, the housekeeping staff were too rude. We were 4 guests, and they kept leaving 3 sets of towels despite multiple reminders.

− Niestety hotel nie ma pokoi z widokiem na miasto i z lodowką, które na Bookingu zarezerwowałam. Pokój był ciemny i depresyjny. W ogóle nie ma dziennego światła mimo słonecznej pogody. Połowa jednego, małego okna zasłonięta jest przez gigantyczną rurę. Do tego klimatyzacja jest bardzo głośna i nieprzyjemny zapach z niej wylatuje.

Hotel nei pressi del World Trade Center
8.0La struttura si trova a downtown a pochi metri dal World Trade Center, una zona servita da diverse linee metropolitane e per questo comoda per girare la città. Si può facilmente raggiungere a piedi anche Battery Park da cui partono le barche per Ellis Island e per l'isola della Statua della Libertà. Nei dintorni ci sono vari negozi e ristoranti. Il Club Quarters è un business hotel di circa 20 piani e all'ultimo c'è un ristorante. La camera era più spaziosa del previsto, pulita, con letto comodo e bella vista sui grattacieli. Disponibile acqua purificata a ogni piano. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che al momento del check out. Al piano terra sono sempre disponibili tè e caffè.
− Lo staff non è sempre stato molto accogliente e disponibile. Quando abbiamo dovuto ritirare i bagagli, abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di un quarto d'ora. L'albergo è spesso caotico soprattutto nelle zone comuni. Si sentiva un rumore costante fuori dalla finestra, ma non abbiamo capito a cosa si riferisse, disturbava un po' il sonno. La moquette in camera non era il massimo e gli ascensori sono davvero lenti.
Convenient hotel with a gorgeous roof garden
9.0We got the room with a double bed and a pull out sofa, which was perfect for a family of three. The room is split into a sleeping and living part, so it feels biger than it is. What I really loved was the roof garden - having our breakfast there, overlooking the city, was amazing!
