8.0Pros: Breakfast was one of the best in my trip to Russia. Good location. Close to Metro and shopping malls. There are great food stalls in the shopping mall one block behind the hotel. Cons: Very weak wifi. You need to pay extra if you want faster speed. Bottled water only supplied on the first day of my three-day stay.
