Beautiful surroundings
10.0Awesome location at the top of the Canyons resort. Spacious rooms with great balconies. The hot tub was perfect and the on-site restaurant was very convenient. The staff were wonderful as well. We had a great weekend.

Good Location, Very Disappointing Experience
2.0I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Park City for a short ski trip. The location is good and convenient to the mountain, but the property itself feels dated and in need of updating. The real issue was how a middle-of-the-night emergency was handled. Fire strobes and alarms went off in my room due to a burst pipe. The in-room phone didn’t work, the front desk would not answer calls, and I had to run downstairs not knowing what was happening. Staff was dismissive and offered no apology or solution. I sat in the lobby for two hours and couldn’t get back to sleep, which ruined my final ski day. I understand that maintenance issues happen. Poor communication and lack of concern for guests is what earns this stay one star.
